"He did all his work remotely via the internet. It was all very simple from my standpoint since all I did was assist him in getting the link with my computer and he took it from there. The computer was so slow and overrun with adware that it was virtually unusable.when he started but since Jim applied his touch to it, it works great again.  based off of a referral.  He came to my house the next morning (Thursday), had a quote to me that night, and began work with a full crew the next Monday morning.  The quote was very detailed.  He came out and walked me through every item and every step of the process.  He allowed me to add several "customized" items to the standard waterproofing service.  His guys were very creative in coming up with solutions to what I wanted the end product to be.  We moved walls/pillars, reconfigured plumbing, added windows, etc.  They always did things the right way without taking shortcuts or cheaping-out.  All of that while being on time and on budget.  My basement is now fully usable space, which added value to my house equal to several multiples of what the work cost.  I loved the experience and can't say enough good things about Brian, Jimmy, Javi and the crew."
