"At the walkthrough, Mr. Davis stated that he wanted the apartment, which was full of miscellaneous items (boxes of clothes, books, pictures, a full kitchen that had not yet been packed up, toiletries in the bathroom, pictures on the walls, knick-knacks, several built-in shelving and drawer units that all needed to be emptied, etc.), all of which needed to be hauled away. There was no mention of ENCCS removing and packing these items. We were told that we did not need to worry about the shower stall, the upper cabinets in the kitchen, or the kitchen floor. Mr. Davis was given an estimate of the time it may take to complete the project."

"I find this puzzling for several reasons. First and foremost I was told by both you and your husband that I did a fine job, you actually told me that you were going to tell your Realtor and brother what a good job I did. And upon leaving all 3 appointments, that I fit in last minute to my already very busy schedule, I was paid extra as a tip for doing such a good job and told that the price was more than fair. Where I come from you do not usually give compliments and tips when you are dissatisfied with the services you have received. The way I see it, in doing so, if of course, you are not pleased, especially when the business that you are."
