"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "Brian and his crew returned to my building on a warranty followup- their previous work done wonders for my flooding problems, but my foundation walls are apparently made of swiss cheese and there was one small seepage problem remaining which only shows up during a "100 year rain event".  Brian indicated that they go for 100%, not 99% and scheduled time to come back out to my building to address the issue under the warranty (a.k.a. free of charge) from the original work.  They came back out, dug up the foundation again, and found a crack hidden behind an old hasty concrete patching job that had been tarred over, which was determined to be causing the remaining seepage.  They repaired the crack and were done with the whole task in only hours.  I am a repeat customer, and can't say enough good things about Crawlspace and Basement Waterproofing solutions, they are friendly, helpful, and most of all, stand behind their work!
