"I am not sure that I go what I wanted. My basement floor is unfinished, and it has a crack in it, so I assumed they  would repair it like the way they repair a crack in a wall, and they didn't. They poured in a crack filler, which runs about 13 Dollars at Home Depot. I don't think it was worth 149 Dollars for a crack filler, and he was here less than 20 minutes. The crack has been filled, but it wasn't what I wanted, and before he did that, he said he would look at the basement and there were 3 cracks but he offered to repair the one on the floor. He could have chosen to repair the crack in the wall for 149 Dollars."

Pablo and his crew (Walter and Jeremiah I think) were super fast and very careful—there was no damage to our building or any of our furniture, although I’m sure their legs will need some recovery time. My heart did stop a few times when I saw the creative ways these guys were carrying furniture but you just gotta trust the process, folks. They were running a little later than their predicted window for arrival but Pablo kept me updated via text and call.
