This time we were remodeling a 110 year-old bathroom. When we got down to the studs, joists, and rafters, the plans were worthless because of all the surprises. Unphased, the crew was able to trace every hidden wire to destination and source, re-route them as needed, install a new, larger, circuit breaker box, pull wire through neatly, clearly identify and label everything, and finish beautifully the lighting, overhead heating, floor heating, and exhaust fixtures, making for a beautiful bath. I already had everything for the install the swap the old one out put the new one in really fast I was surprised I told him my lights would flicker sometimes and he check the ground to the meter and it was corroded, he cleaned it off and fix the problem install looks great.
