At the first appointment he brought a demo of the ADT security keypad and walked me through it which was very helpful. We were able to schedule my installation for the very next day. I found that Chris Bradford and the installer Ken both were very professional courteous men and did a good job of making me feel at ease concerning the installation and becoming familiar with the security system. Since I have had my system installed there have been a few minor adjustments that needed to be made. It works now and he did an excellent job of getting the trim off and on without damaging the drywall and paint. The drywall repair took several visits but, once again, he came when promised and completed the repair in a timely manner."
