After many more calls we were told that the window wouldn't be in until July 23rd. We requested a refund and after many more calls were told that they don't give refunds. The window was finally installed on August 2nd over a week after they received it. We will never do business with them again.!"

They were on time and worked until the job was finished. Their work quality and concern to get the work done correctly was top drawer.
