"Daniel was amazing and very attentive. He reached out to me right away, drove out to review the work that would need to be done and then sent me the estimate later the same day. I hired him for the job right after that. I had to ask to postpone the start of the project by about a week and he was understanding. When I reached back out he said he needed to work around what other jobs he had going on at the same time. He took three (3) days to complete the project of working on my garage and house. This involved power washing, replacing woodwork that needed it, and painting both structures as well as the shutters. I am happy with the outcome of this project. I would highly recommend Daniel / Garfield Construction, Inc. In fact, I would hire him again if / when there is work that needs to get done that is in his area."

"Similar to other reviews Luis went above and beyond to refinish my original hardwood floors. We bought our new house and were searching for someone to do the job. After sending a couple emails, and calling for basic quotes, we went on Angi and immediately after searching for professionals Luis called. He had seen we were searching and told me he would come over the same day to check the floors and give us a quote and that was it. He set up a time to choose our stain, and even grabbed some extra so we could match our Butcher Block counters to our hardwoods. Not only did he start on our floors earlier than expected, he did an amazing job with what looked like an absolute mess before he started. We’re crazy about our floors, and even noticed that before he was finished they had added an extra touch by cleaning our air vents while the grates were off. A true professional and a good person, I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you again!!"

"King-Varchmin construction was contracted to design and construct custom Hickory cabinets and shelving for our kitchen and pantry within a galley kitchen. We chose a sage color stain accent for several end panels and upper kitchen cabinets to add a pop of color. Matt worked with us, the homeowners, to consider our suggestions and preferences and incorporate these ideas into their final design. Project work was completed and installed in stages with home owner to keep the kitchen, old portion and new, useable during the staged build out. Matt performed quality work. He was punctual, reliable, and completed work on time. He was very helpful to help guide us together to find the best solutions to meet our needs. Matt additionally helped us to install pre finished Hickory wood floors in our son's room together with stained oak base boards. We plan on hiring King-Varchmin construction for our next two projects to replace wood floors in the remaining bedrooms of our home."
