"My existing window well had pulled back from the homes foundation over the past 20 years, allowing water and sediment to enter the well. Sediment would plug the drain causing water to build up and create an aquarium in the window well. You pass waterproofing installed a new window well and securely fastened it to the cement foundation. They carefully removed the previous window well and took care not to brutalize the surrounding landscape. Completely satisfied with their work"

"Pivotal installed a french drain system in my beasement Fall 2023. Jeff and his team were very easy to work with and did an ecellent job including cleanup, Pricing was very reasonable. This is a second home for me and flooding in the basement was a constant souce of stress when heavy rains forecast. After 2 years the system has performed exceptionally well. "Dimitri did a very good job on our hallway. He managed to paint a very tight corner without getting any grey paint on our newly installed white trim. He has a very steady hand with the brush. The grey paint did bleed through the tape onto the baseboard trim in a couple locations but he made certain to repaint the trim and not just leave it up to us to fix. That was very professional of him.

"Roger is a great guy and his crew did a wonderful job remediating our flooding issues by putting in drainage systems that divert water around our house for some very serious flooding issues. They also installed a sidewalk to divert water and a drainage system under the sidewalk. They worked very hard and they were very courteous and kind."
