"We are very happy with the work Renovations by Fairfield did for us. Upon calling for an estimate, Scott was out to our house the same day. He listened to all of the details of what we were hoping to accomplish and added his own insights as well. A few days later we received a competitive quote from Kevin and Scott. We decided to move forward with Fairfield. They completely renovated the lower level of our split level home, with a few other projects throughout the house as well. A big pro of working with Fairfield is that you get to work with the designer Stephanie to pick out all of the finishes. She helped us get the look we wanted within our budget. The work itself went fairly smoothly, although a bit longer than we hoped. Scott is great to work with - he is always responsive and will meet to chat through the project. We are happy with the end result. Our lower level space is exactly what we were hoping for. Everything functions as expected and there have been no issues with the work. I’d give a B to the quality of some of the finishes, just minor nitpicks I’ve noticed in the months since completion. "I had an old claw foot tub that was refinished by someone that didn't know what they were doing. The finish failed and was peeling terribly. It was peeling so bad that it would clog the drain. NuCoat said that they would be able to refinish the tub so that it looked like new and they did just that. They showed up on time, explained the process, and started working. I was dreading the clean up that most contractors leave you with but when they came to get me there was no mess and it looked like they installed a brand new antique style tub. I am so happy I was able to save the tub at a fraction of the cost of what a new one would cost. I would recommend to call NuCoat before you call a remodeler. That way you get to keep the quality cast iron tub instead of a new flimsy fiberglass one. You end up with the best of both worlds at a fraction of the cost."

"My Aunt passed away and her apartment needed to be cleared out. It wasn’t the cleanest since she hadn’t lived there in awhile. Rodents and bugs didn’t stop Jason’s Company, didn’t hesitate to take on the job! The apartment had 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, back porch an extension room and all rooms were furnished! Between Jason and two of his employees the completed the job within 3 hours, two trips to the landfill! He gave my family the closure we needed when other Company wouldn’t take the job on. And Jason, can’t say enough nice things about him! I will highly recommend him to my family and friends! Can’t thank you enough Jason!"
