Renovations by Fairfield

We are very happy with the work Renovations by Fairfield did for us. Upon calling for an estimate, Scott was out to our house the same day. He listened to all of the details of what we were hoping to accomplish and added his own insights as well. A few days later we received a competitive quote from Kevin and Scott. We decided to move forward with Fairfield. They completely renovated the lower level of our split level home, with a few other projects throughout the house as well. A big pro of working with Fairfield is that you get to work with the designer Stephanie to pick out all of the finishes. She helped us get the look we wanted within our budget. The work itself went fairly smoothly, although a bit longer than we hoped. Scott is great to work with - he is always responsive and will meet to chat through the project. We are happy with the end result. Our lower level space is exactly what we were hoping for. Everything functions as expected and there have been no issues with the work. I’d give a B to the quality of some of the finishes, just minor nitpicks I’ve noticed in the months since completion. Overall, I highly recommend Renovations by Fairfield for their thoroughness, competitive pricing, great communication, and ability to give you the renovation you desire.

Renovations by Fairfield was amazing! They showed up on time every scheduled workday. They have extremely skilled craftsmen, who are very good at their trade. The work that they did around the house could not have been any better. They clean up their construction mess and left the house in great condition. I believe that a renovation or remodeling company is only as good as their crew. Renovations by Fairfield’s crew has been with them for a long time and their work is consistently above par. The skills of the crew(s) makes a big difference in the quality of the finished project. And their crews are simply excellent IMO! Their pricing is fair and honest. Overall, Renovations by Fairfield is an excellent contractor!

It was excellent. They were very respectful to my house. Their attention to detail was immaculate. It was great, and I would recommend them.

It went fantastic. My wife and I couldn't be happier. Communication was fantastic, pricing was fair, and gave good and honest opinions, and I really think the owner (Kevin) is really nice and it's good working with him. I would strongly recommend them.
