Alsyra Designs is a Sole Member LLC. Residential clients are charged an hourly fee and small business clients can pay a flat rate based on square footage. All clients are charged a procurement fee for furnishings and finishes purchased by the designer. A deposit of 10% of the estimated total cost is due at the signing of the agreement and must be paid before any work can begin. The remainder of the project fees are due upon satisfactory completion of the project. Financing is available.
