"We highly recommend US Waterproofing. Unfortunately, after repeated issues (we’ve had water getting through a basement door, water backing up from drain/sewer pipe, foundation cracks – all which were addressed) we now have had issues with hydrostatic water pressure delivering a great deal of water to our finished basement. Only one solution – drain tiles and sump pump installation. US Waterproofing was outstanding, every step of the way. They communicated clearly what was needed, and much to our surprise, what was not. They did not ever try to sell us anything that was not needed – only what was – installation of drain tile, window well drains, sump pump, and all work related. All of the crews involved were outstanding – in particular, the crews installing the drain tile and sump pump. The supervisor clearly and concisely explained every step – and when issues arose, they were dealt with promptly. The teams removing drywall and reinstalling also did very good work, and were very responsive. Everything was done correctly, and on schedule The work is now complete – and the basement is back to normal. I commend USW on all facets – they explained everything, did not try to oversell anything, and were responsive to issues as they arose. All the way around – sales, customer support, install teams – outstanding. If you have an issue with water in your home, please consider US Waterproofing."

"Company responded within 24 hrs to my Home Advisor's request. In first meeting, the manager spent long enough time with me designing the detailed work. Owner beat 3 other potential contractors I asked. His work is systematic, he offers options, and he knows what he is doing. He completed 90% of the job in only 2 days. There was 1 week delay related to rain, to city permission and inspection. He sends helpers to keep up the work when needed. I had a fruitful communication with the owner."
