"I needed some drywall work done and repainting after an electrician installed outlets above my fireplace. Also had a large paint crack in the corner of the wall. Additionally had some vent covers that wouldn’t screw in left from the previous homeowner. Garcia’s repairs got it all done for me like never even happened. Got the paint matched at Sherwin-Williams Paint Store in Oak Forest. Can’t tell the difference whatsoever of this wall and surrounding walls, looks identical. Highly recommend Sherwin-Williams emerald paint. There was no smell whatsoever from it and the quality is fabulous. So pleased with all the work they did today and I definitely will be hiring them again for future projects. They cleaned up very well before leaving as well. Thank you guys so much for everything."

"Very well. This was a big job. Rick was the only contractor we spoke to that could both suitably restore metal surfaces prior to painting them and also offer a warranty on his labor and materials. He even offered to re-stain a three-story wooden partition for us at no extra cost. The project took five weeks to complete (quite a bit longer than originally estimated, delayed due to unusually rainy weather), but Rick was in touch each day to let us know if the forecast allowed for work to be performed. "Tristan came out to inspect the shingle roof on our detached garage. A home inspector had noted issues with the roof and suggested a professional roofer take a look. Tristan was able to come out the day after I called him. He inspected the roof, told me it was in fine condition outside some minor repairs, and walked me through how to do them myself including what equipment I'd have to buy."
