He located the leak, sealed it, and wrapped the offending metal pipe in insulation to prevent possible future condensation problems. He removed mold and damaged plaster work from the bathroom and refinished the wall and ceiling. He took pictures in the attic space to show us the work he did. The work required multiple visits to allow plaster to dry. Mark was willing to work around our schedule and got the job completed pretty much within 24 hours. Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new.
