He located the leak, sealed it, and wrapped the offending metal pipe in insulation to prevent possible future condensation problems. Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new.
