"I needed to rebuild my chimney before my 130 years old roof was redone. While the quality of the workmanship is very good, this is a contractor that lacks gracefulness with customers, even when he receives it from customers (nothing to really count against him, so dont mind him). So while I would definitely hire him again, next time I would not allow any leeway. Peter's team rebuilt it & tuckpointed the base. Workers were efficient. Several details could have been better: - My chimney had a cap originally... and a new one was only installed because I asked about why I did not have one and my neighbor did... Of course I had to pay for the new cap on the spot in cash. - The chimney is located at the peak of the roof, and in the contract it was stated that it would be rebuild to under the roof line... and so they did... except that they only looked at the bricks that were under the peak roof line. I only realized when the roofers removed the old shingles. So I had to call Peter to at least tuckpoint the old bricks... Peter of course, charged me for his time (uh?). - Peter's team forgot some of their tools at my place (costing more than what he charged me for the tuckpointing work). I called Peter to let him know, and the only thing he was able to muster is to pay him for the work... in summary... gracefulness is not his forte. Apart from these details, they do excellent work."
