lJohn did a complete remodel of our bathroom. He had a number of good ideas to suggest, as well as sources for materials, but left the actual choices of fixtures and surfaces to us, as well as the purchase of those items. That meant more work for us, but allowed is to get exactly what we wanted and saved us some money. Overall, John did a good job, but there were a few cases of sloppy work, mostly by his assistant, that had to be corrected. John was responsive and prompt in correcting problems. John sometimes overstated his expertise in handling some things, and that led to a few problems, which were mostly eventually corrected. There were also some misunderstandings regarding scheduling that resulted in our bathroom being finished later than we expected.

John Lee responded promptly when we requested him to provide an estimate for the work we'd like done. He provided us with reasonable cost estimate with detailed description of the materials to be used and the work involved. He work well with the painter contractor and was in synch with them throughout the project. We will recommend John and his company to neighbors and friends looking for a professional and trustworthy home remodeler.
