He was here within 45 minutes after contacting. He was pleasant, professional and knows his trade. After diagnosing the problem he said it was the intake motor, he examined it finding a blockage which he removed then cleaned. He even went the extra mile checking to see if the motor was still under warranty In case it was compromised and checked back with me the next day. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself.
