Best deck cleaning pros near Davis, IL

"Excellent! Very hard working and communication went great. Power washed the house and deck. Also reinforced steps. The paint job looks great and the recommended colors are perfect. Clean up after the project was done. Would recommend."

"They both turned out great. The deck, which is quite old, looks almost new."

"Sam is very professional and I would award him 10++ stars if it were possible. No issues whatsoever. Neighbors came over to admire my new deck and they have Sam on the books to do theirs. His work speaks for itself - absolutely beautiful. I had gotten several estimates and Sam was right in the middle, but I feel the quality and customer service I received, far out weigh the cost. The crew, also professional and respectful, showed up on time, when they said they would and they finished on schedule. Also they did a great clean up - my yard is cleaner now than before they started the work. Sam also followed up to ensure all my expectations were being met. I highly recommend."

"Great, they did a nice, clean installation. I would recommend them and use them again in the future."

"I had a great experience. They were very clean, fast, quality work, and they exceeded my expectation."

"The work was fine. They were on time and everything was done perfectly."

"Area 815 Painting and Restoration is bar none the best!! We needed a rental fully painted. Brock came as soon as he could, and on time. He was thorough and precise with his estimate. Even helped with our deck! If you need any jobs in their area of expertise, don’t second guess your thoughts to get them in there and get the job done. We will have them back for future interior projects, thanks guys!"

"We had Kirt come and quote changing a covered porch into a family/4 season room.  While a family illness precluded us from having the work done, I did want to submit a review for his professionalism.  I was very impressed with his understanding of what we had wanted done, the quickness that he was able to provide the quote, and his attention to detail when explaining what each aspect of the quote meant.  We have never undertaken this type of renovation/addition before so the detailed explanations he gave were outstanding.  When we begin thinking about this again you can be sure that Kirt Johnson will be the first person we call!
