His work speaks for itself - absolutely beautiful. I had gotten several estimates and Sam was right in the middle, but I feel the quality and customer service I received, far out weigh the cost. The crew, also professional and respectful, showed up on time, when they said they would and they finished on schedule. Also they did a great clean up - my yard is cleaner now than before they started the work. Sam also followed up to ensure all my expectations were being met. I highly recommend."

"They were very helpful on advising on specifications. In general, I found roofers specifying roof replacement the cheapest way possible rather than what is most cost effective long-term. Once, I got multiple contractors matching on specs, GF was clearly cost competitive, particularly given no subcontractor usage. Actual install was smooth except for two things. It took more time than they budgeted for, but they handled that well and didn't try to ask for extra payment. Second, they discovered that the backing of the house's original aluminum siding was rotten when they were installing new flashing. Understandably, they didn't want to put it back up as is (which I can appreciate). Thankfully, they were able to provide a cost effective answer regarding new siding, as I didn't want to have to big that out with everything already torn up."

"Alan made an appointment to come to the house and give us an estimate.  He wrote the estimate right away and told us when he could come do the work.  He and his crew were on time, friendly, and professional.  They took all necessary steps to prepare the areas for painting, and keep the other areas clean.  They repaired drywall in the master bathroom, and down the basement stairwell.  Everything looks like new!  They didn't take any shortcuts on prep or painting.
