When we contacted Brian Nash Owner of KSDR Epoxy Flooring in Wilmington IL, we provided Brian an opportunity to return to the property to take a look, he declined and said Do not think you are getting something free BEWARE Epoxy floor installation does not require a contractor license so you are on your own if you experience bad Workmanship! My husband is a retired firefighter and trusts Brian who also is a firefighter for Coal City. We paid $4,000.00 cash for this floor. Brian Nash was reluctant to provide a receipt when asked. Brian lists 9 Years in Business on Home Advisor and he is listed with the IL Secretary of State as of 12/12/2023 so this is a lie!"
