This inability to get things off the ground stems from their lack of foresight and planning. They are very disorganized and do not communicate well. they are so disorganized that I am not sure how their business has survived! They over-promise and cannot deliver, a theme I read in other reviews. When we got out of contract (and I wish we had done it sooner), I ended up paying them 40% as their fees (over the very little that had been done). Do you homework; we did ours, and noticed a few red flags at the beginning, but we still went with them against our best judgement. This ended up costing quite a bit, in time, money and headache."
