"We had an unfortunate and bad experience with this builder, who after 11 months from signing the contract, could not pour a foundation. This inability to get things off the ground stems from their lack of foresight and planning. They are very disorganized and do not communicate well. they are so disorganized that I am not sure how their business has survived! They over-promise and cannot deliver, a theme I read in other reviews. When we got out of contract (and I wish we had done it sooner), I ended up paying them 40% as their fees (over the very little that had been done). Do you homework; we did ours, and noticed a few red flags at the beginning, but we still went with them against our best judgement. This ended up costing quite a bit, in time, money and headache."

"I have had nothing but perfect experiences with Missouri Furnace and Air Conditioning. They installed my boiler heater furnace in 2006 and my air conditioning unit in 2009, and I have used them ever since for the maintenance and service on both.
