"I am extremely happy with my gutter replacement! I contacted Illinois Gutter Solutions online after hours requesting a quote for gutter replacement, downspout replacement, and the addition of gutter guard on my house and detached garage. I was contacted the next morning by a member of their team and someone was out to my house to do an estimate within the next 48 hours. They provided an easy to read estimate and answered all my questions! After committing to the job, they were at my house tearing down and replacing my gutters within 3 weeks. The gentlemen who did the work walked me through the process and explained everything in detail. They were extremely personable and took the time to introduce themselves to my dogs! They finished the job in about 6 hours and cleaned up everything like they weren’t even there! "My overall experience was EXTREMELY positive.  Zach was very knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy.  He seems to care very much about what he does. He listened to what I needed done and my financial restrictions and then presented me with options.  He was respectful, open to input and NOT patronizing to a single woman.  (That means a lot to me!)  The staff who came out and did the roof were really GREAT!  They were very respectful of my neighbors (lots of positive comments from neighbors), they were very skilled, professional, fast, efficient, and extremely tidy.  They also liked my dog which earns them lots of extra brownie points:)  My roof was a bit of a bear to do (very steep pitches) and it took only 2 days for total tear-off and replacement.  It looks really gorgeous with the architectural shingles (these have a very good warranty).  I am extremely happy.  There was a little mix up with the gutter covers but Bree was really, really helpful in getting everything resolved.  She and Zach compliment each other very well. I will be a returning customer as I have some windows, doors and siding that also need to be replaced.

After a tour of their house we were set on SAL as our contractor. We had them remodel our master bathroom.  This
was a big project as everything was removed down to bare bones.  They guys showed up on-time every day and
always cleaned up the mess at quitting time. Scott & his crew are wonderful pleasant people that truly care about
what they do.  Our bathroom turned out perfect. We get so many compliments on the custom shower they built. Amazing!!!  I would recommend them to anyone. They aren't the cheapest contractor in town, but you get what you pay for.  We plan on having them back to replace our windows too!
