I contacted Illinois Gutter Solutions online after hours requesting a quote for gutter replacement, downspout replacement, and the addition of gutter guard on my house and detached garage. "My overall experience was EXTREMELY positive.  Zach was very knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy.  He seems to care very much about what he does. He listened to what I needed done and my financial restrictions and then presented me with options.  He was respectful, open to input and NOT patronizing to a single woman.  (That means a lot to me!)  The staff who came out and did the roof were really GREAT!  They were very respectful of my neighbors (lots of positive comments from neighbors), they were very skilled, professional, fast, efficient, and extremely tidy.  They also liked my dog which earns them lots of extra brownie points:)  My roof was a bit of a bear to do (very steep pitches) and it took only 2 days for total tear-off and replacement.  It looks really gorgeous with the architectural shingles (these have a very good warranty).  I am extremely happy.  There was a little mix up with the gutter covers but Bree was really, really helpful in getting everything resolved.  She and Zach compliment each other very well. I will be a returning customer as I have some windows, doors and siding that also need to be replaced.

"Everything went great!  Repairs were great and done very quickly.  The counters look great as well, installed perfectly.
The counters were more difficult to install than estimated, so the job took 4 days rather than 2 days.  I was ok with the length of time, but worried that the extra time would be reflected in the bill. 
However, he gave us a heavily discounted rate on the extra time and the total was very acceptable.  We would use Middleton again (and will be calling him soon!).

"We got SAL?s name from friends of friends at church that they had built a new house for. 
After a tour of their house we were set on SAL as our contractor. We had them remodel our master bathroom.  This
was a big project as everything was removed down to bare bones.  They guys showed up on-time every day and
always cleaned up the mess at quitting time. Scott & his crew are wonderful pleasant people that truly care about
what they do.  Our bathroom turned out perfect. We get so many compliments on the custom shower they built. Amazing!!!  I would recommend them to anyone. They aren't the cheapest contractor in town, but you get what you pay for.  We plan on having them back to replace our windows too!
