The lab explains the results and recommends a company for a DIY solution. This is where things start to fall apart. The company you get referred to has abysmal reviews and the sales pitch feels extremely predatory. That taints my opinion of the lab results which would be teamed up with a business they probably shouldn't recommend. We're planning on either an independent company locally to get a quote from for any remediations we will take or even see what home depot has to offer.
