"Overall I was satisfied with hiring this company, as my main concern was where did the mold come from (and if it came from my 2 yo roof and I needed to file a warranty claim, then I'd need the paperwork for that). The home inspector who did the inspection was very thorough and managed to also give us other useful pointers which helped out. In the end, the final report we got was a bit oversold on what it would look like and be used for (the remediator gave us the same recommendation without us spending the money to get this), but it gave us the piece of mind that it wasn't the result of the new roof, so I'd have to say the value was there.
