Everything installed after demolition was brand new: drywall's, ceiling, floor tiles, electrical (LED lighting and outlets), plumbing (faucets, shutoff valves), mirrored medicine cabinet, vanity with sink, towel bars, toilet, wall cabinet, bathtub, grab bars, etc. Very happy that I decided to have this job done and very happy that I picked the right builder.
