"We can't begin to say enough about Mike and his "AWESOME TEAM" of workers. We called and he responded in less then 1 hour and set a time to come out. We only needed AC but decided to go ahead due to the age of the furnace and great price given to upgrade and install a whole new system.Mike was very informative and answered all our questions and we decided to "get er done". We received a call later that afternoon that Mike had taken a fall and twisted up his ankle pretty good so we had to do a bit of rescheduling and postpone possibly a couple weeks which was fine by us. We got another call several days later saying he had additional help and would be out the following Wednesday. Mike went over and above and came here with a support brace on and a bad limp due to his injury as well as the pain I'm sure he was experiencing and went up and down our basement stairs 2 days in a row to insure he gave us what he had promised us the customer. What a incredible guy he committed himself to what he promised and in the end delivered and oh what a superb job they ALL did assisting Mike.The outcome was awesome an incredible job completed in less then 8 hours with the cost being 100% of what was quoted and 2 very pleased happy customers. Their work was quite impeccable from beginning to end and we look forward to calling or recommending CARLSON HEATING and COOLING to all our family,friends and co-workers. "Called them as A/C was not working. They came out and refreshed freon. that was $215 fee. Our A/C was old and we were advised that it may or may not last. We decided to get a new A/C as ours was 20 years old. They advised me of the different models that they work with and gave me a written estimate and let me choose. The.y also subtracted the cost of the freon from the installation cost of a new A/C. One thing that was very impressive was that they were very punctual and gave us estimated time to have work completed. We ran into many other vendors who could not seem to provide accurate information. My wife and I felt an immediate concern for our worries from Oscar. "Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."
