"I looked a 6 contractors and their views but none of them except, Batcrest of Chicago showed promise. Both Don, the owner, and his wife Carole came to my home to make a presentation on the removal of my old bathtub and shower. Both my wife and I were impressed with their presentation and price quote. They both told my wife and I that their employee Ken was meticulous in his work and always clean up thoroughly, that was another good point of reference! I am grateful that we hired Bathcrest, what an outstanding job done and completed with Ken. He is everything that we needed, a person that is focused and highly skilled. Both Don and Ken worked with me as I had some changes mid-stream that I wanted focused on, safety bars, as I am a senior and down the road I may really need help. Don and Ken gave my wife and I a beautiful and safe master bathroom, more than we could imagine it's beauty, usefulness and safety. This is the kind of company that you want to hire, you won't regret my recommendation."

"Jason from A New Look Construction is the only person who I have work on my house inside and out. I have finally found someone who takes great pride in his work."

"I retained J G to remove caulk and to re-caulk in and around a bathtub and a shower in two bathrooms (old caulking was 25 years old and badly worn-out and cracking). Also, J G fixed a wooden door strip to a bathroom door and did some needed re-caulking around a kitchen sink. Work was done promptly after hire and excellently in less than one day,"

"Our kitchen walls, ceiling, cabinets, counters, over range microwave, and built in dishwasher needed to be replaced/installed. We chose Jeff because he is patient and is not trying to push sales, plus he came with a lot of great reviews. We really enjoyed working with him. He was honest and great with communication. He went the extra mile when he could and didn't let the stress of bad weather and unforeseeable obstacles change his professionalism. We will be using his company for future projects and we have already referred him to family members and friends."

"They did a great job with our spare and master bathrooms. We had older acrylic tubs and it was very difficult for my elderly handicapped mother to use them. Century City was able to convert her shower into a walk-in with a large seat and multiple support bars for her safety. They completed the projects in the timeframe our sales person advised and they were able to start a week earlier than we planned. Our bathrooms are updated and modern now and they use very high quality tile and toilets. We're very happy we chose them for the remodels!"

"Hired to replace 2 window screens on the second story of our home. Val found another one that needed replacing, and he did that one too, for no additional charge. He also fixed our kitchen light so that it stopped blinking when we first turned it on. Friendly, courteous, punctual and professional. Will be hiring again."
