"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"David and 1 of his workers were kind enough to come to my home to fix my sliding door so it would slide on a Sunday morning. They were back to replace the door on Monday. They were on time, efficient and even replaced the wood facing because the new door didn't fit exactly the same as the old door. I will definitely have them do my next job which hopefully won't be an emergency like the first job. While they were here, I also asked them to hang my Christmas lights and fix my flag stone path. They were efficient and affordable. I highly recommend them."
"I contacted World Painting after CertaPro dropped out of sight. We quickly got an appointment with them and they were ready to give us a bid that day. The price was reasonable and it included power washing, caulking, and painting our porch floor along with the entire house. They were able to start within the week and kept us updated through out the project, letting us know what was the next step and when it would be completed. Customer service was excellent. "The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."

"Due to rain it took the project longer than expected. The plan was for 2 days, it took them 1 day. They took out old brick chimney, installed flue liner and converted to an insulated flue to vent water heater. Framed in old opening, installed shingles, flashed new water heater in roof, cleaned entire area. Great job! Mr. Mennenga got his hands dirty too. I enjoyed working with them. Would recommend."
