"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."

Every day they were on site the guys were extremely polite and cheerful. The job took longer than they expected but they were very detailed and and neat up to the very last moment. To say they left it cleaner than they found it would be an understatement. "Due to rain it took the project longer than expected. The plan was for 2 days, it took them 1 day. They took out old brick chimney, installed flue liner and converted to an insulated flue to vent water heater. Framed in old opening, installed shingles, flashed new water heater in roof, cleaned entire area. Great job! Mr. Mennenga got his hands dirty too. I enjoyed working with them. Would recommend."
