"Jon and his team were friendly, helpful, courteous and professional. The only reason I gave a B rating in the Quality category is because there were some minor things that could be improved, such as missing some areas dusting/vacuuming, as well as making sure all windows were streak free. However, the team was very helpful and attentive to anything I asked, so I know that the couple of minor glitches would be easily addressed the next time they are here.
