SANITATION SERVICE INC

We have used this garbage company for 5 1/2 years. This past winter, they did not come empty the dumpster on numerous occasions because the roads were too icy for them to get here. Yet they still billed us for those times that they did not show up. When we called them about this it took 2 MONTHS for us to get our credit back for the times they did not show up. Then, around June of 2011 I noticed there was a hole in our dumpster. I called and informed them of this and requested a new dumpster. A month later, our dumpster had not yet been replaced. I called again. Yet another month passed and still no new dumpster. The last time I paid our bill with them, I included a note telling them that I had called twice and requested a new dumpster and still had not had ours replaced. The lady from Sanitation Service, Inc. just called me and informed me that we are too far out of their routes to continue to service us. I guess it's too much trouble to replace their junk dumpsters, so they just quit servicing their customers. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not have any customer service skills at all!
