They worked through the scorching heat to make sure that everything was now up to code for our old chimney. They removed all the degrading bricks, built it all back up to the original design, installed a new liner and cap, and made sure that everything was connected to our furnace correctly. Cleanup was also thorough. You'd have never known they has been there besides the fact that you could see our spanking new chimney! Jacob was honest about the extent of disrepair things were in, and he was certainly correct. Since getting the chimney fixed I've no longer been experiencing the severe headaches that began when we moved in. I am writing this review about two months after the job. Turns out the fumes leaking into the house were really doing a number on me! Thank you Jacob and Chris, for saving our house and my health!"

"We had a severe ice storm and we were watching the temperatures plunged and our furnace stopped working. They came out and the guy settled with our furnace and was not able to fix it. He said that he needed a part and he left and 10 minutes after he left the power went off and it was off for 3 days. They kept in touch with us through that time. Of course it was cold and they got the part but they couldn't put it in until the power came back on because they needed it. That was Tuesday evening that they left and Thursday at 3 o'clock our power came on and they came that night and were there for 3 hours working on it because they had to work on a lot of different things. They completed the work but there was one part that they didn't have and it was not essential except it was a safety issue. They went ahead fired the furnace up because we needed it to keep our pipes from freezing. They called back with the part a week later and came back out. I believe they did excellent work. Also while he was there out sump pump had stopped working and it started melting the sump pump in the basement. Their technician, the way he put it was talked to it with a hammer and it came back on. Both the primary technician and his supervisor; the supervisor actually came out because they were having difficulties. We have an old house and the furniture isn't as old but it has been flooded twice and there were multiple possibilities and issues plus before the furnace went out we had had a plastic burning smell in one of our bedrooms so we were concerned about that. They were very professional, caring and very careful to give us amounts. I believe they did their best and were concerned of course about the weather and our situation. They were dependable and persistent and went out of their way in difficult situation to help us out. I think they under charged us inadvertently and it was a very stressful time. Possibly we got more than we even bargained for. For their sake I wouldn?t tell people to look for that."

"Schedule to do the work at noon on Saturday. Did call at 11:00 a.m. because they had a tire blowout and let me know he would be a couple hours late. But they did show up when they said they would. Tree was trimmed excellently. Just what I wanted. All of the haul away was done. Yard was cleaned up exactly the way it looked before arrival. Could not be happier. Are planning on having them back to trim another tree."
