"The two gentlemen came on time. However, I was given a price range for the sectional that was dependent on how many throw pillows and the size of the throw pillows. The works then gave a price that was almost $40 above the upper limit that I was quoted. When I told them that they were outside of the quote they said okay we will just charge the $200 which was the upper limit.
As for the cleaning itself it was just okay. I have two dogs that shed and they didnt even get all the hair off the couch. I also spilled some wax on the couch and they were not able to remove the wax or offer suggestions as to how to get it to come out.
