Dan made a thorough review of the existing cedar and stucco panel siding. He suggested what the problem areas might be and how they would be handled. He reviewed the pros and cons of the various options we had. We decided to get the insulated vinyl siding, aluminum fascia with upgraded aluminum soffits, and new gutters. The work started on time. We were in contact every day to discuss any issues that came up. The workmanship was at a very high level. The entire job took 3.5 days. There were no outstanding issues after the job was completed. They took off all of old stuff, insulated and wrapped the house, installed new siding,gutter, facia and soffat. We are over and beyond pleased with the work.
