"Great! They were unable to get all the way to the street from the catch basin. It was suggested I add a sewer clean out assure all the roots were gone and make it easier for future cleaning. This was suggested in the past, by another company , but the cost was out of sight. This company was very fair in price for both the cleaning (which included the inspection with the camera) and for the clean out installation."

"It went fine. They did a good job of working around the maze of piping under our kitchen sink, trouble shooting, and giving me clear descriptions of 2 different repair options. The repair person had some good advice regarding removing grease build
up ourselves and how to avoid clogs that may come from a garbage disposal. (I don't know if ours did.)
The only thing I didn't like was that the bill at the end seemed a little high, and they didn't include a breakdown of how they had arrived at that amount. (e.g. parts and service hourly costs. Big Deal discounts, etc.)

"Sales representative met with me to understand needs. Sketch and estimate was written up on site and proposal sent via email. Comments to proposal and sketch were picked up quickly. Install crew hoped to do install in one day - but it took two. The install crew was pleasant and worked with me to review on going installation. If you need to hire someone to help keep water away from home and away from basement this is a good company to hire."

"Mike and Matt were great, they were skilled, efficient, and friendly. I thought replacing an under-mount stainless steel sink in an existing granite cutout would be very difficult at best. I knew replacing the faucet and disposal would be a routine job. I was pleasantly surprised that the entire job went fine and they were finished in 2.5 hours. They cleaned up the work area and hauled away the old sink, etc. I will say that their prices are high, but I was willing to pay for quality work, especially with the tricky sink replacement."

"Sam and his team at F3 plumbing were excellent. I recently purchased my home and have had several contractors come out and take a look at plumbing issues, F3 was by far the most straight forward and gave me a great quote. They preformed the work professionally and efficiently. Within a day they were able to come out and look at my plumbing and equipment. I ended up having them fix a leak in my water main line, rod the sewer, replace and upgrade my 50 gallon water heater with a 75 gallon water heater, demo and reinstall a full bathroom with bath tub, tile, and floor replacement (looks brand new beautiful and modern), and install a brand new dishwasher with a new connecting water line. "The job went very well and the work was done much more quickly than I expected.  I thought that the old laundry sink would take a great deal of time to remove and be replaced with the new one, but that was not the case.  The area was left in very clean condition.  Overall, the job was done very well, professionally, courteously, and swiftly.  Communication between me and Splash Plumber was timely and accurate.  When I need additional plumbing work done, including periodic sewer rodding, I will use Splash Plumber."

"Our sewer line had severed where it comes out of the house. This caused our toilets to start backing up, so we placed an emergency call on a Sunday. The tech came within about an hour and diagnosed the problem with their camera inspection equipment. It was raining and the tech had to feed the camera line from the cleanout in our front yard, but he was as friendly and kind as could be. Once he had diagnosed the problem, he spent a fair amount of time getting the repairs scheduled for later that day, which involved coordinating his crew, the village, and JULIE, since they had to dig up the front yard to fix the issue. The crew arrived later that day - they were also extremely professional and extremely pleasant to deal with.
While the repairs were very expensive, I was very impressed with everyone from Black Diamond. They seemed genuinely happy to help us with our emergency, even though it meant spending a Sunday working in the rain and high humidity. Since they had to leave the hole open overnight, they were careful to cover the hole completely with plywood so that no one would accidentally
fall in.They returned early Monday morning to backfill the hole in our yard, once the village had inspected the work.
 I will definitely use these guys for any plumbing issues that I have from here on.

"It went great. I highly recommend Mike for any plumbing job. Mike was very friendly and professional, and responded right away to our requests to schedule, and then re-schedule the work. Also called both me & my husband as requested, to let us know he was on his way. He and his assistant arrived on time, and did the job quickly and professionally. The floor under the toilet was in worse shape than we had thought, as the boards underneath were damaged from the slow leak. But Mike was able to adjust the flange, which stopped the leak. They also put putty under the base, which another plumber had neglected to install. As for the sewer rodding, they also did a great job. They rodded out the line fully, past where the tree roots were breaking through. They began inside the basement, but because of how the pipes are in our 100+ year old house, had to go outside to finish rodding it out. Mike is an excellent plumber. I have nothing but praise for the guy. You will not be disappointed."
