The guy that came out was able to tell me how long it was since it was done last, which was five years ago. They did an outstanding job. "I needed a new water heater and Ed jr was able to find one. He came 24 hrs later to install it. We probably paid a little bit more due to turnaround time but are just happy to get it fixed. They did a good job -clean, etc. I also had a shower faucet problem/a leaky faucet. I showed him, and he said it was too late on a Friday to fix it but to call him on Monday to set up a time. That was 2 plus weeks ago. I guess repeat customers are not important if the job is small. Disappointed in Ed jr as I thought he was a good guy."
