"I would not recommend this company because of lack of professionalism. They installed an ejector pump in March. I requested a specific brand of pump, and he claimed that he was not able to find it. After three months, I called because the ejector pump was running non stop. I called before 12 noon and he said he would arrive before 3. At 3 I called several times. He text me saying he “could not rush and he almost got into a car accident”. I replied asking when I should expect him. I waited until 10 pm and never got a response or phone call back. I hired another plumbing company to resolve the issue."

Over time with experience I have gained trust in Mattco Plumbing to get me out of big jams with the plumbing in this old building. Just recently Matt repaired the 2nd floor toilet drain line in the ceiling above my 1st floor bathroom in a very tight spot. "I had a Mitsubishi Mini Split air conditioning system installed by Four Seasons on May 20th, 2021. The pump and drainage system on one of the three units installed was installed incorrectly in several ways. It was not attached to the wall at first, not attached correctly, the pump installed was too small for the system, the drainage line was too small for the system, there were too many corners for the tube to drain correctly and there was a "massive kink" in the drainage line when originally installed that caused the pump to repeatedly be overworked and fail. None of this information was provided to me at the time of the install, but bit by bit by many technicians in the intervening years who came to attempt to fix the system. They were never able to do so and so the system never worked properly yet was paid for by me because I did not know that. Technicians had to come multiple times within the first 5 days of installation including the day after installation to try to fix the problem. They had to come at least nine times to attempt to fix the installation problem that was finally diagnosed correctly only on 6/3/25. The idea that there is a one-year warranty on the pump is unrelated to the complaint that a functioning system was never installed. All of this time passed because I was repeatedly told by technicians the problem, which they all said was due to improper installation, was fixed and then subsequent technicians informed me that it was not. Four Seasons is now unwilling to fix the failed installation without large additional charges. I would like Four Seasons to either refund me for never completing the job or to finish the installation job they never successfully completed."
