I called American Crawlspace and the office made an appointment to have a tech come over and give me a quote.  They also gave me the cell phone of the tech, by the name of Larry, who promised me that if he can fix and if I agree to the price he will do it at the time of the first visit.
Sure enough, Larry came and gave me a good price, and after I had agreed to it he went to work right away.  He was professional, polite, and patient and answered all my questions.
What was even more reassuring is that he gave me a transferable lifetime warranty for the work that he performed.

His company came in and cleaned off the land and leveled it after digging to find clay and packing new clay on top, so we could set our new home up. He found the water line, electric line, and sewer line. He replace the water and sewer and set the electric pole up for Ameren to connect to. He was amazing, efficient, and capable. And good follow-up on punch list items. Halfway through the project we decided we wanted some additional items painted (powder room and 2 closets...and they fit it into the schedule and the added charge was very reasonable.

What impressed me most was the owner caught some issues that I had missed in punch list items. Increased my confidence in his ability to do a good job. He cares about the quality of his and his crew's work.
