My foundation is styrofoam, and I was afraid we would gouge the foundation since flashing had been glued to the foundation. Roger Webb was here on the date written on his proposal. I was amazed that the work was completed in 3 days. He removed and hauled away my original sidewalks. He installed french drains to re-route rain water going toward my house. New sidewalks were poured. A deck was removed, and reinstalled on the new sidewalks. Finally, gravel was applied next to the new sidewalks, and all extra gravel was applied to the gravel driveway. RW Construction is a reliable and talented group. They were friendly, and glad to accommodate all my special requests. I will use them for other projects in the future, and I highly recommend them for a variety of construction projects as they build complete homes from start to finish."

"Mike was prompt, efficient and professional during the estimate phase. He was very accomodating as it took a bit to secure the funds. When we were ready, he provided an approximate date to begin and end the work. His roofing crew was friendly, professional and hard-working. They listened to any questions I had and tried to accommodate us. Mike was in communication every day of the project and very interested in making sure we were completely satisfied. Because of the size of the roof, it became a two-day project and Mike was apologetic. We never considered it a problem and the crew started before 7:00 am every morning. There were a few extra things provided by Mike and his crew, some tree trimming, a couple of nails tidying up a sagging garage door and a little extra cleanup around the house. "Basement Seepage Solutions was my fifth quote. I almost canceled because I was sick of getting quotes and all the big companies charge about the same $70-90 per foot of drain tiles. Matthew's company beat these quotes hands down. He charges $50 a foot plus $10 off a foot for Angies list members (a savings of $1000 for me.). This company beat the next lowest quote by $3,600 so this was a no brainer. Matthew's company did excellent work. They were on time and professional and communicated with me the entire time. Also, Matt is on site during the process and is not just a sales man who comes for a quote then sends out a crew. The job took two days mainly due to the Villages inspection schedule. But I think this is preferable over the big companies that want to do it all in one day but are in your house from 8-8. Highly recommend if you need any sort of basement work done"
