The day of my appointment and thereafter, he's been nonresponsive. When I finally got in touch with him, he was rude and unprofessional with no accountability displayed for not responding. I was going to hire them for regular service but that phone call changed my mind. I like to work with friendly businesses and professional attitudes. This is not it! I would hire the couple who cleaned but not via this business. They couldn't even produce a simple receipt until I followed up several times. Gary should treat his customers better!"
