"Last year we replaced our hundred year old garage. We live in an historical district. So there were a number of requirements beyond normal. Garage For You told us when each phase of the process would be done and they stuck to the schedule. There were a few unique features that they were able to accommodate. I had saved and refurbished five original windows from the old garage. And I also duplicated the original trim. They incorporated both of these items into the design for the new garage and installed them. We had another company apply a stucco finish to the garage. Garage For You workers prepared the walls as the stucco company requested. The stucco company said that the preparation was excellent. The electrical and final inspections were flawless. We are very pleased with the quality of the work, the flexibility of the design process and the overall responsiveness and availability of the workers and office staff. "Id like to take a minute to explain our experience with Regency Garages. When we first decided we wanted to build a garage, we met with several companies before contacting Regency. The experience with these companies was less than desirable. It felt like they wanted to build only a simple box style garage and really did a horrible job explaining the process and options. When Terry from Regency came out to meet with us, we knew right away this was the company we had been looking for. She did a great job walking us through sizes, designs, process, and pricing. We learned so much from that fist visit and felt very comfortable dealing with her. We then began the process and this is where Regency really shines. As you can imagine, questions can arise. There was not a phone call or e-mail that Regency did not get back to me quickly on. Their communication is second to none. The concrete and build process was exceptional. Regency handled all permits and we passed all inspections easily. This is a company you should feel comfortable dealing with. "Paul gave us an estimate shortly after we requested one.  We had recently had asbestos vinyl tile and mastic removed from our basement, and in the process had to remove a built-in bench which left the lower
part of an otherwise paneled wall exposed.  Another wall had paneling that was mismatched from top to bottom.
Also we have a staircase with vinyl asbestos tile that we wanted to cover.   We wanted to install ceramic tile on the basement floor, but were unsure what to do to fix the walls and stairs.
Paul told us "everything is possible" when we asked him what we could do to repair the wall and cover the stairs.  Paul suggested that he would install oak treads and risers on our staircase up to the kitchen.   This was a unique and welcome
suggestion as we had heard many others but did not feel satisfied with any of them.  He told us he could fix the walls and do the tiling as well.   His estimate was timely and detailed.  We liked the price so we went with his team. 
They were punctual, professional, and made our basement walls and staircase beautiful!  He repaired both walls so that they both look better than they ever had.  The wall where the bench was removed ran short of panels, so Paul and his team took a small,under-the-staircase door made of the same material to finish the wall.  They replaced the door so that it works better than the old one and looks good.  The tile has brightened up the whole room and the baseboards and moulding have finished the look so we feel we have a new living space.  The staircase is beautiful!  We love our basement now!  Paul and his team went above our expectations, and we would hire them again for sure.

"We had a wonderful experience with Danleys and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a new garage. Our job was large and custom, making it slightly more complex than the average garage build. From start (demo of old garage) to finish, it took about 2 months to complete the job - and this was in the middle of their busy season. Throughout the process, Paul and the rest of his team were communicative and available to address questions or concerns as they came up. Because of the size and scope of our project, a few minor issues popped up, which is to be expected during a large construction project; Danleys and their vendors immediately addressed each concern in a timely fashion and made sure each issue was resolved. He listened to our ideas and provided very practical solutions and helped us with zoning variances. During the design phase, they added "and Builders" to their services. We selected Idea over a lower bid because of our good experience with Peter. The build is in progress and the sub-contractors are profession and do quality work. I will update this report when the build portion is complete."

"This is my second project with Fil and Thor Build. The idea to construct a mezzanine was something that I had envisioned when I first saw my condo. I showed Fil my ideas on paper along with photos of how I wanted everything to look. Fil ran with it and brought it to fruition. Everything turned out even better than how I had envisioned. During the project, I requested some modifications which Fil gladly accommodated; he even created a custom door for me that is absolutely stunning - the quality work of artisans! To top it all off, this project was completed while I was 600 miles away. I had to rely strictly on photos and good communication. I had tons of questions during the construction phase and I'm sure I must've drove Fil crazy at times. However he was always professional and answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns that I had.
