"We hired Darin and Integrabuild to build our small cabin home. In a time like this when contractors, subs, and general contractors, are all too busy to often return your calls, messages, or emails, Darin is different. He always either answers his phone or returns the calls / messages same day. I found him to be honest and trustworthy (he will not try to take advantage of anyone). In fact I think he often has subs that try to take advantage of him.....and rather than pushing the subs on work, Darin just responds to fix it himself. His prices are fair and competitive and he is always willing to discuss the costs proposed. So my only area of opportunity for Darin would be that he oversees the subs more closely, to limit or reduce their errors and issues, and then hold their feet to the fire more so that he don't have to come along behind them and fix their stuff. Overall, great experience and the pros vastly outweigh the potential cons with IntegraBuild. I would recommend Darin esp in an industry and market like this! Thanks Darin."

"The remodel went great. Joe and his crew were friendly and prompt. They did the work in a timely fashion and were very good at communicating about the project. They did an amazing job transforming our bathroom. They replaced a vanity, walls, put in a tub and tiled. They also laid vinyl flooring and installed lights. We were impressed and thrilled with how quickly they worked and with the finished project. We would hire them again for another renovation. Please check them out."

"We had just bought our house when we worked with Chuck and his sub-contractors. they were very professional and customer friendly. He asked plenty of questions to understand what it was we wanted and then confirmed before starting and would call to update us on how everything was going. The end results were exactly what we asked for!! If you want it done right, go to these guys!!"

"David gave me what I thought was a fair price for the work to be done. He asked for 1/2 up front. As a previous small business owner I did not feel this was unreasonable so I paid him 500.00. He estimated the work would take 3 to four days and I thought the same. After several no shows the "mason" showed up. The first clue was he came in a car. According to my wife he was here 2 hours and left, came back for another 2 hours the next day and left again. He said nothing to my wife about leaving or when he would be back. David called a day later to ask about coming out to look over the job and get the rest of the other 500.00. I said he isn't finished and he's only been here 4 hours. So then I looked up the prevailing wage in IL for a mason and found out it is 28.50 an hour. The next day the guy comes back for another 3 hours. David came to look at the work and I walked him around and showed him all of the places that had not been done. So the guy comes back again for about an hour. All told it was 8 hours work, nothing to write home about but it was agreed up front that I wasn't looking for an exposed brick look. I need it tuck pointed well enough so that I could drylock and paint the exposed brick. I will say this was done in the end. The worker left a mess that I and my wife had to clean up, I pointed this out to David as well. I told him I felt he was overly paid for the amount of work preformed and that was the end of it. It's really to bad. It's difficult to get contractors to do small jobs and I had plenty for him to do. I'm not unhappy, just would not hire again"

"Jeremy (owner) spent a considerable amount of his time with us reviewing options related to our home repairs.We had a severe hail storm causing extensive damage to our house. Jeremy worked with our insurance adjuster to secure approval for repairs.I believe that without his knowledge we would not have received the required repairs and quality of replacement materials used on our house.He is very active in the industry attending regular seminars keeping informed with current products and procedures.In addition to in person meetings Jeremy was always available via cell phone.
