I had used the services very regularly for about a year and then decided to quit.

While very pleased initially, as time went on there seemed to be suddenly be changes with different "friends" helping out and

the cleaning was not very thorough.  At least one did not appear to have a cleaning background.   Michelle is very

personable and friendly, but lacked a bit on follow through.

I really had hoped for a service that was more detail oriented, so we unfortunately did not turn out to be a good match.

"Kirt did a great job. He figured out how to straighten out the kitchen floor. Can't tell there was ever a hump there. Kirt and his partner showed up every day on time. Started the job when he said he would and kept the cost to the estimate. I was kept informed of what they were doing and how they were going to do it the entire way. They ran a couple days over the estimated time but they stayed here til it was finished. I love the job they did. My kitchen and bath look great

"The crew arrived earlier that agreed and set to work quickly. The crew were friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. They worked very hard and were very respectful of our home. The job required they work at our house over multiple days and each day the guys cleaned up the work area very thoroughly. I really appreciated that the guys did not rush any aspect of their job but really focused on the quality of their workmanship. All phone contact with the management of Cooper's Construction was answered very quickly and they were very responsive to our needs. "Jill provided two different floor plans for us, and was very flexible, as far as working the option of piano into the room.  She responded to several follow-up questions I had, and provided suggestions for where to locate resources.  Jill was very easy to work with, and very accommodating. However, I found the process of working with a "virtual designer" to be a bit challenging for me.  That was definitely no fault of Jill's, thought.  I would use her again, particularly if I needed help with planning a room layout.
