Bath Recovery Systems

Sometimes they would show up at noon or 1 and leave by 4. They were unproductive and drug it out. Started in May of 2014 and finished in December. Have not been able to get provider to correct issues.

Brad is very persuasive, a good talker.  I was under a lot of stress due to my husband having a stroke.  He new this.  The top of the shower is uneven and after only a few months the toilet broke, two letters of complaint were ignored and 2 hone calls received no help either.  I don't want other people to get burned like I did.

Install started on time. It took a little longer than originally planned but every job in this house has been that way. I don't have any problem with the time to install. First shower use resulted in no water at all coming out of the shower head. They didn't check it for debris. They were out the next day to solve that issue. Within weeks of completion the caulk on the floors was separating from the liner and rust was running down the walls from behind the two towel bars. Finally got around to calling about the problems and repairs were scheduled. The individual that performed the repair indicated the installation was performed by someone no longer with the company and he didn't do it correctly. Repairs were completed. Once again, a few weeks later the caulk started separating from the liner. We also noticed the liner was coming loose from where it had been glued to the old shower walls. This time the response to the repairs took longer. A service call was scheduled in early July of 2009 (forget the exact day) but nobody showed or called to say they wouldn't make it. After getting hold of Bath Recovery again to reschedule they showed up but hours late. Bradd's claim was their cell phone battery died. Bradd walked into the shower with muddy shoes leaving mud all over the floor. He scraped some soap scum off the wall and said that's what was causing all the problems but his all mighty warranty would cover this. (Not sure how soap scum causes the wall to not be glued correctly or incorrect screws to be used that rust, etc) but he set up repairs. The second repairs commenced and again I was informed the individual that performed the first repair was no longer with the company and he didn't do things correctly. The work was completed and I have nothing bad to say about the friendliness and professionalism of the two gentlemen who performed service the second time. It was discovered the next day that a small area that had been worked on failed to get re-caulked. I called about this but now wasn't getting much of a response so I called multiple times which ticked Bradd off. He called and left a tantrum of a message telling me the warranty was void and to never call Bath Recover again. A few weeks after the repairs the caulk is once again peeling away from the floor liner and water has seeped under the new floor. It will need repaired again....but I'll get someone that knows how to do this work.
