If you want a signed bid with a signature you will be treated with hostility. I hired them for a bathroom remodel and they left me to seal tile grout myself. They left chunks of drywall mud everywhere as well as paint on the floor and ceiling. They did not properly patch drywall holes. They did offer to come back and sand, but it needed another coat and I had just finished cleaning their last mess, plus I really did not want to see them again. I paid agreed amount and only received half the finished work. Do NOT trust Bryan's for his word."
