With 15 years as a Firefighter/Paramedic I have seen first hand the importance of working Smoke and Carbon Monoxide detectors. This gave me the idea of providing a service to help members in my community by maintaining and replacing detectors. We also offer inspection and cleaning of dryer vents to prevent dryer fires. NFPA reports an average of 15,970 dryer fires per year with many of them related to dirty or blocked venting systems. Our mission is to keep people safe and educate the importance of fire safety and prevention.

"Just wanted to say how impressed I was with Donovan and Matt from Just In Time HVAC company. They came to my house to look at my water heater. Within a minute they diagnosed my problem, then they explained different options that would fit my needs and my budget. They made it very easy, and after they explained the ease of it, I went for a tankless water heater. They set up an appointment, relit my pilot light, and even noticed that I was having trouble with my furnace exhaust pipe, as it was nearly had no rise to it, which he explained could cause carbon monoxide issues. He brought new pipe when he came to do the main job, which I might add they fixed as part of the overall job for free! Donovan was always looking to make sure his new work and my existing work would be safe and efficient. He noticed my intake gas pipe was only hand tight, he fixed that. He was always working, spotting, and figuring out what was the best for each spot, while Matt used his youth and strength to effortlessly lift everything up and down from the truck to my basement and back. Overall an amazing job, with a price point over a thousand dollars less than other quotes. If you have a heating or air issue, I would highly recommend you call JustInTime first and have them out. The main factor to a full lint trap is what you are drying. Clothing or textiles made of heavy natural materials, like wool sweaters or cotton towels, generally create more lint than synthetic fibers.
