Customers say: True professional

"The owner Nick Gnatovich called me right away and then gave me a quote the same day he visited the job site. A week later he was tearing up my driveway. The next day Nick and his crew was pouring concrete. Nick was on the job site everyday and he was very professional. He was always willing to go above and beyond my expectations."

"I hired Scott to do some mowing and weed eating at my house. I also mentioned to him that I needed my gutters cleaned as well. I was not sure if his company did this but they offered to go rent a ladder and have it done the next day. I was very impressed with how my lawn looked! He also cleaned up the mess that was left over from the weed eating and gutters! I was extremely happy with my services and will be getting a hold of him for future projects. 09/16/2019 Update: I had orignially hired scotty to do a fence rebuild after somebody had backed into it at our business. He was quick with his quote, and had the job done within 1 week We decided to have him back to fill some of our holes in our parking lot. We wanted to be a little cheaper on the filling, so we asked Scotty for his opinion and have been happy ever since. He has a great vision for what each project will look like. After having multiple issues with our last snow removal contract we contracted Scott to come and take over. We have not had any issues with that either. He always has the snow removed by the time our business opens. Have not had any issues with him yet."

"

Brady is the best you'll ever find for home remodeling projects.
Showed up on time. Took the time to make ever job right.
Projects were worked on over a number of months, one at a time.

The best and most honest tradesmen I've ever found.
We moved to Texas in January of 2014.  We whish Brady could have come with us.
I've found some good (and bad) people to work on the Texas home.  But no one who comes close to the quality of work done by Brady Brower.

"I would give them 10 stars if it was possible. Very knowledgeable, reliable, and professional. Had them put new footings in for my deck and a concrete patio. Doesnt just come in and do the job but truly cares about doing it right and doing a great job. Gets the job done quickly. Would definitely use it again and highly recommend this company."

Asphalt Driveways questions, answered by experts

In most cases, you don’t need a permit to repave your driveway, although some exceptions exist. If you’re widening your driveway and plan on widening the apron as well, you’ll usually need a permit from the Department of Transportation in your area. This permit costs between $50 and $300 in most cases. Most municipalities will also require a certified and insured contractor do the work relating to the apron and curb cut. You can contact your building department or ask your paving company if you need a permit. Your driveway professional will usually pull the permit for you.

Cobblestone is just one of many driveway materials. Other, more economical, albeit less elaborate options include concrete, asphalt, and gravel.

If you want a material that most closely resembles cobblestone, your best option is bricks or pavers. Both cost anywhere from $10 to $50 per square foot and can be laid in all kinds of patterns. Depending on the type of paver you choose, you can also get a good bang for your buck by investing in durable natural stone.

Yes, a paved or repaved driveway can boost your home's value by increasing its curb appeal and the functionality of your outdoor space. A new driveway can add anywhere from $5,000 to $20,000 to a property's value. An old, crumbling driveway can be a red flag for potential buyers and inspectors.

The amount of value added depends on the materials used, the design, and local market conditions. Concrete is often cited as adding the most value due to its long lifespan, though asphalt may be more desirable in colder climates. The return on investment is greatest when replacing a driveway that is in poor condition; repaving a driveway that is already in good shape will not yield as significant an increase in value.

Depending on project size, typically 1 to 3 days, including preparation and installation.

You should contact your driveway installer before winterizing a newly installed driveway. Winterizing it before the asphalt or concrete has fully cured can damage the driveway. But in many cases, you don't need to winterize a newly installed driveway anyway since it's likely freshly sealed and won't have much damage yet.
