"I met Elias and he was very nice. I explained that I wanted 2 entryway bifold doors switched from bifold doors to regular 36 inch doors. We discussed the project and found that there would be issues with the 36 inch door hitting the glass on my front door. He politely explained that would not be safe and I could potentially break my front door glass. He gave me the option to have my existing door tracks replaced with all new tracks and hardware, which made a lot more sense than what I was looking to accomplish with the door replacements. We set a time for him to come out and do the job. He was on time, even though we had a snowstorm. The covered all of my wood floors in their work area with plastic and tarps. Their work area was sectioned off for safety, which I thought was great. The proceeded to complete the job quickly and with attention to detail! The job turned out perfect. "Why 5 stars? First the Arrowhead rep I met with was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He made many trips to my house to review plans and bring paver samples. He provided a competitive bid with another "affordable contractor" and was much less than another "expensive" contractor bid. He provided some very good input to improve on my original patio design. Arrowhead used 4x8 plywood sheets to protect my lawn as they brought their heavy equipment in and out. The patio foundation was a full 12 inches of 3 different sized gravel stones. I observed quality craftsmanship during the installation, especially with all the curves in my design. Meticulous work. The finished patio looks amazing. The crew power washed everything upon completion. They also brought in sod to replace some damaged areas in the immediate patio area that resulted from the digging. I also paid for landscaping stone to fill in around my walk and pool. It looks great. I highly recommend Arrowhead Pavers."
