"Excellent job repairing our deck! The job was to power wash, replace boards as needed, and paint. The power wash and replacement of boards was well done. Two coats of paint were applied well. Our unhappiness stems from the finished project's paint not looking at all like the paint chip. We get that the actual paint job won't be a perfect match to the chip, but this was way off and way too light. We noticed as they were going into the second coat and said that it didn't look right. Even after it dried, the color was very much too light. I wish they'd had enough knowledge (?) to advise us of this before they got the paint. They kind of shrugged off our complaint because "this is the shade you ordered." We paid in full for the work they did. Then went to Menard's and found a darker shade of the same paint line that we applied ourselves. The deck looks great now."

"There was a recent all day high wind storm in our area. It partially ripped off a piece of our outside metal trim. We have a small Cape Cod with a high roof. The metal strip of trim kept swinging close to our upstairs new bedroom window .It was making a loud continual scrapping noise. against the house. Home Depot kindly connected me with home advisor, which kindly gave me 3 phone numbers of highly recommended Handy Men . near me. . I happen to call David Anderson name first. It was almost 9pm and actually too late to call anyone, but I was in panic mode , so I tried anyway, expecting to just leave a voicemail . David answered the phone call. He had a calm and kind voice . I sent him a photo of the damage and asked him if he would repair it . He said he would repair it tomorrow and that it wouldnâ t cost several hundred dollars. I was so thankful! David arrived the next afternoon , and repaired it for only $90.00 , but my husband gave him a $100.00. David repaired the trim and bent it back into place . It was hardly noticeable that it was bent! Thank you David! ! My husband and I are very impressed with him! . We highly recommend his work! He is courteous , hard working , and competent Handy Man ! It is hard to find someone like that these days.. We will definitely be using his services in the future !!!"
